Ajax have signed Ghanese footballer Samuel Kuffour. The defender joins Ajax on a free transfer from AS Roma. Kuffour signed a contract for half a season on Monday. In the contract there is an option for two more seasons. Kuffour (born 3 September 1976) began his professional football career with Bayern München in 1994. After that season, he played a half season for 1. FC Nürnberg, only to return to Bayern München for nine seasons. He was under contract with AS Roma from the 2005-2006-season. |
